Mercury Cazimi + Pisces Lunar Eclipse: Clarity in Surrender (August 27, 2026)

How the Exalted Mercury Cazimi in Virgo Catalyzes the Pisces Lunar Eclipse

At the end of August 2026, an ethereal Pisces Lunar Eclipse is set to wholly mesmerize us. On the very same day, on August 27, an exalted Mercury Cazimi in Virgo marks the single most illuminating moment during the messenger god’s synodic cycle. What’s more, this is the penultimate Eclipse on the Virgo/Pisces axis, representing an evolutionary shift that has been working on us since mid-September 2024. The illumination potential of this Eclipse day is through the roof — and the best way to integrate its lessons is to sink into those intuitive waters while Mercury catalogues your psychic impressions at high speed.

The Anatomy of Mercury’s Synodic Cycle

What is a Synodic Cycle? It’s simply the dance and relationship between two celestial bodies — in this case, how Mercury loops around the Sun from our perspective on Earth. Every synodic cycle of Mercury’s features two distinct times when Mercury aligns perfectly with the Sun (A Cazimi, that magical moment when he’s reborn in the heart of the Sun).

The first Cazimi happens during Mercury’s Retrograde phase and is called the Inferior Conjunction. This acts as a Mercurial “New Moon.” This is a subterranean, introspective reset. It’s messy, deeply psychological, and asks us to shed old mental frameworks.

After Mercury stations Direct and clears the shadow of his Retrograde, he rapidly gathers speed and rushes forward to reunite with the Sun. This second conjunction happens when Mercury is at his sharpest and his quickest, and it’s known as the Superior Conjunction. It is effectively like a Mercurial “Full Moon.” Because Mercury is moving forward with speed and clarity, illuminated fully by the Solar rays without the chaos of a Retrograde blur, it represents peak objective clarity, synthesis, and revelation.

Why an Exalted Mercury Cazimi Ups the Ante & The Eclipse Internalizes the Messages

Under normal circumstances, a Superior Cazimi is already considered a lucky, high-clarity window where intellectual breakthroughs, contracts, and big ideas are crystallized. We’ve tapped into this alignment as the backbone of powerful series like I. The Magician (Mercury Cazimi in Aries) and XVII. The Star (Mercury Cazimi in Capricorn during the Winter Solstice).

But this Mercury Cazimi in Virgo is an even more auspicious omen than usual, as Mercury is in his sign of Exaltation. In Virgo, Mercury isn’t just comfortable and at home, he’s in the place where he has optimal performance and is grounded enough to let his brilliant mind spin beautifully. Here he’s operating with maximum analytical efficiency and precision.

However, there’s a crucial twist: this wonderful Superior, Exalted Mercury Cazimi is locked into a Lunar Eclipse. This effectively shuts down any chances of utilizing this energy in a conscious, intentional way to realize results in the external realm. The energy of an Eclipse is not a time for initiating activity, and this turns Mercury’s green light yellow. The clarity is still there — piercing, brilliant, and exalted — but it is meant for your inner archive, not your public launchpad. This Mercury Cazimi becomes more of a spiritual anchor, a vessel for gathering insight and awareness born from the revelations of the Lunar Eclipse.

The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces: Surrendering to Faith

A Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces brings a highly psychic, intuitive awareness to the fore. Lunar Eclipses differ from Solar Eclipses in that they’re more focused on things coming to light, being revealing and illuminating in nature. A New Moon Solar Eclipse opens and closes doors; the Lunar Eclipse sheds light on the subconscious patterns running through the larger cycle.

With a T-square to electric Uranus in Gemini, this Lunar Eclipse and baked-in Mercury Cazimi is full of insights and surprises around every corner. This is a jolting influence that forces us to think outside the box and can bring unexpected developments during the illuminating moment of the Full Moon. Uranus paired with Mercury Cazimi breeds massive insights, sometimes jarring, where you may suddenly realize some things that were previously hidden from your awareness but now seem so obvious.

This magnificent moment of emotional and spiritual culmination is led by Jupiter, inspiring us to have faith that everything is aligning in just the right way. Pisces energy asks us to surrender our will to the power of the cosmic wave that washes over us, dissolving boundaries and illusions of separation, reminding us that we’re all connected to something greater than just ourselves.

Even the Virgo Sun and Mercury, as grounded and down-to-earth as they are, lend their analytical lens to the psychic undercurrent that now runs through our lives. Our busy minds take on a Hermit’s incentive to shine a lantern on our inner matrix. The insights gleaned from journaling and practicing divination at this time can be truly great.

Wrapping up a Cycle: The Penultimate Virgo-Pisces Eclipse

This Eclipse series started on September 17, 2024 with a Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. The Nodes shifted onto the Virgo-Pisces axis officially on January 11, 2025.

Eclipses in this Series

  • September 17, 2024 — 25 degrees 40 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Pisces
  • March 13, 2025 — 23 degrees 56 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Pisces
  • September 7, 2025 — 15 degrees 22 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Pisces
  • September 21, 2025 — 29 degrees 05 minutes — Solar Eclipse in Virgo
  • March 3, 2026 — 12 degrees 53 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Virgo
  • August 27, 2026 — 4 degrees 54 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (You are Here)
  • February 20, 2027 — 2 degrees 5 minutes — Lunar Eclipse in Virgo

Tying the Threads: Looking Backward to Track the Storyline

Eclipses don’t just happen to us in a vacuum; they belong to a long, breathing family history of stories. Because this Lunar Eclipse in Pisces is the penultimate chapter of the current Virgo-Pisces series — which officially kicked off on September 17, 2024 — we are standing at the threshold of a massive narrative wrap-up.

To understand what this Eclipse is asking you to release, integrate, or surrender, you have to look at how this axis operates: the South Node in analytical, hyper-fixated, control-seeking Virgo is meeting its end on this axis, while the North Node in boundless, psychic, surrender-oriented Pisces guides us forward. With the South Node in Virgo and the North Node in Pisces, we are being pulled toward intuition over logic, the spiritual over the material.

Take a moment to cast your mind back to mid-September 2024. What themes, job shifts, health realizations, or paradigm changes were beginning to take root in your life then? That was the inciting incident for the book you are finishing right now.

If you want to zoom out even further into the larger karmic wheel, consider the echoes of past Zodiac flips:

  • The Last Time the Nodes Were on This Axis (Flipped): 2015-2017 (North Node in Virgo, South Node in Pisces)
  • The Last Time We Had This Exact Polarity Configuration: 2006-2007 (South Node in Virgo, North Node in Pisces)

If major life reviews or structural changes feel reminiscent of what you navigated back in 2006-2007, you aren’t imagining things — you’re closing out a deeply ingrained generational loop regarding how you handle service, structure, surrender, and spiritual trust.

The Sacred Polarity: Virgo, Pisces, and the Axis of Healing

Every Zodiac axis is a mirror, but the opposition between Virgo and Pisces represents one of the most profound spiritual balancing acts on the wheel: the dance between form and formlessness, the mundane and the mystical, the details and the undivided whole.

Virgo (The Alchemist of Matter) is ruled by Mercury. Virgo seeks holiness through purity, refinement, and service to the material world. It is the archetype of the sacred artisan, the herbalist carefully measuring out tinctures, and the analytical mind breaking down chaos into order. Virgo understands that the divine is found in the details — in the daily ritual, the mundane upkeep of the physical vessel, and the relentless pursuit of improvement.

Pisces (the Ocean of Spirit) is ruled by Jupiter and Neptune. Pisces dissolves all boundaries, beckoning us toward total surrender, cosmic unity, and unconditional love and compassion. Where Virgo tries to name and organize every piece of the puzzle, Pisces contends the puzzle pieces don’t even exist. Each water droplet is connected seamlessly to the whole when we’re swimming in an infinite ocean.

The Shadow of this Axis

The shadow of Virgo is spiritual burnout through hyper-control and overworking. It’s the trap of believing that if we just put every last drop of our energy into some external system, we can fix it. The goal with Virgo is to always work to make everything better. The shadow of Pisces, meanwhile, lies in spiritual escapism. It has a profound overwhelm with the material world and avoidance of reality. Pisces can easily lose oneself entirely in the mist of those endless seas. It’s here where the boundary between Self and Other ceases to exist.

What the two share in common is the idea of Sacrifice. They both act in Service to something bigger than themselves. For Virgo, it’s something outside of themselves. For Pisces, it’s something they belong to that ultimately erases their sense of separateness from the whole.

An eclipse on this axis — especially one anchored by an exalted, crystal-clear Mercury in Virgo — acts as a divine bridge between these two worlds. Where have you been gripping too tightly to control the outcome? Where do you need to surrender to the current?

Instead of choosing one side, this celestial alignment forces us to integrate both. We use Virgo’s sharp, discerning intellect to anchor the profound, psychic revelations of the Pisces Lunar Eclipse into our everyday lives, turning spiritual insight into grounded, embodied wisdom.

Grounding the Shift: Journal Prompts and Chiron in Taurus Bodywork

When an Eclipse cycle meets an Exalted Mercury Cazimi, the volume of our internal landscape gets turned all the way up. But cosmic insight without grounded integration just turns into mental static. To truly harness this energy, we have to bring it down from the stars and into our physical bodies and daily rituals.

Here is how you can work with this alignment practically:

  1. Journal Work: Untangling Logic and Faith. Take out your journal and move pen over page without censoring yourself. Reflect on these core questions: Where have I been overusing logic, structure, and endless fixing (Virgo South Node) to avoid surrendering to a necessary emotional or spiritual evolution (Pisces North Node)? What is the core story that began for me back in September 2024 that is finally coming to closure now? What new truth is Mercury Cazimi illuminating in my life right now? What have the main messages and lessons of this time period been? How will I carry this forward to the final Eclipse in February?
  2. Bodywork and Somatic Integration: Tending to Chiron in Taurus. Because the Eclipse and Mercury sit in Earth-Water polarity while Chiron continues its slow deep transit through Taurus, our physical bodies are holding the scorecard. Taurus rules the physical vessel, our relationship to comfort, and our physical boundaries. Take this as an opportunity for a somatic check-in. Eclipses on this axis can manifest as physical tension, exhaustion, deep detox and realignment. Instead of pushing through the fatigue, use this window for radical physical rest and recentering. Practice intentional foot-and-leg grounding stretches, or place your bare feet directly on the earth.
  3. The Ritual Reset: Acting in Service to Your Own Sacred Temple. Take an epsom salt bath infused with calming herbs (try our Jupiter in Pisces ritual bath salts). Consciously ask your body to release the tension and stress it’s been carrying while trying to manage the unmanageable. Let Virgo’s love for ritual serve your own physical vessel. The time has come to stop putting endless pressure on it in service to someone else’s vision. Let those tethers dissolve in the ritual waters as you shed, release, and invite understanding.

Trusting the Lunar Tides

As this powerful Eclipse unfolds on August 27, 2026, remember that you aren’t expected to have all the answers mapped out on a spreadsheet. This isn’t about launching a new project into the external world. It’s about allowing your inner compass to recalibrate.

You’re closing the book on a two-year karmic cycle that began back in September 2024. You’re shedding the heavy armor of hyper-control and stepping into a softer, deeper kind of wisdom. Let the analytical clarity of Virgo organize your insights, but let the boundless grace of Pisces carry you forward. Sink into the quiet, trust the surrender, and let the current take you exactly where you need to be.

Chiron in Taurus: The Initiation (June 19 – September 17, 2026)

May 2023 Astrology

Chiron First Enters Taurus (June 19 – September 17, 2026)

The Wound is fresh! Chiron has left the hyper-separated arena of Aries for its first foray into the Earthen, muddy terrain of slow and dedicated Taurus. From June 19 to September 17, 2026, we get our first taste of this new ground.

Taurus is the sign of building, fortifying, and guarding boundaries. It is the literal fortress, the earthen wall, the tangible resource. It is the boundary that says “what is mine is safe, and I will hold my ground.”

Moving from Aries into Taurus, we shift from the fight of Aries to the deep, protective consolidation of Taurus. Where have your protective walls become rigid? Where are you stagnant, or driven by a scarcity mindset? The goal here is to build secure, sustainable boundaries.

Chiron Turns Retrograde (August 3, 2026 – January 6, 2027)

This month Chiron stations Retrograde in Taurus on August 3rd. This turns that sticky need-for-healing energy inward for the first time. Now it has a chance to percolate and deepen its charge.

A number of transits in August 2026 point back at this Chiron undercurrent. Right in the middle of the intensity of Eclipse season, we see the inner planets entering new signs and immediately encountering the wounded centaur:

  • Mercury will square Chiron on August 9th directly after entering Leo.
  • Mars forms a helpful sextile to Chiron — on the day of the Solar Eclipse in Leo — after he moves into Cancer.
  • The Sun and Mercury will both trine Chiron directly after moving into Virgo, ushering in the end of Summer.
  • What’s more, the Mercury Cazimi in Virgo — which happens on the day of Lunar Eclipse in Pisces — is in a harmonious trine to Chiron in Taurus.

With Mercury, the Sun, Mars, and both Eclipses pointing back to Chiron Retrograde in Taurus, August becomes a month of deepening into internal processing and anchoring the body through slow, intentional movement.

Chiron will return to Aries from September 17, 2026 to April 14, 2027, having stationed direct on January 6. Then we will have a Chiron in Taurus lockdown until July 19, 2033. For this 6-year period, the wounded one will lock in for his uninterrupted, deep-tissue evolutionary run in Taurus. After 3 months in Gemini, he’ll have one final clearance through the Taurean mountains. That last piece of the puzzle runs from October 23, 2033 to May 5, 2034.

What Chiron in Taurus Signifies

When the wounded healer moves from the fiery, sharp edges of Aries into the dense, receptive soil of Taurus, the nature of our healing shifts from the heroic battle to the slow work of rehabilitation. This is where we stop fighting our ghosts and start tending our roots. Chiron in Taurus forces a reckoning with how we inhabit our physical bodies. How do we secure our survival? Where have our attachments to scarcity or material panic kept us frozen in place?

We must look squarely at our relationship to resources, wealth, comfort, and the tangible world. We do this not from a place of abstract theory, but through direct, unvarnished somatic experience. Now is the time to unearth your own material blockages and deepen into physical awareness as we journey into this fresh new territory.

Consolidating the Base: Radical Self-Worth & Material Security

Now our sensitivity stops being about fighting for a seat at the table. It refocuses on the physical floorboards beneath our feet. We are forced to look at where our relationship to money, resources, and self-worth has been dictated by a subconscious scarcity mindset. This transit targets the exact spaces where your nervous system goes into overdrive — making compromises, holding onto stagnant structures, or abandoning your personal value simply to feel financially or physically safe.

True material security under Chiron isn’t about hoarding or locking the doors against the world. It’s an invitation to audit your energetic investments. Where are you leaking your power just to keep the lights on? Where can you build a more honest, grounded relationship with what you own, what you earn, and what you genuinely require to thrive?

This is where you have to look unblinkingly at where you may have discounted our own labor. Have you handed over our physical energy and creative output to external systems, employers, or institutions? Just to chase a phantom sense of safety? True Taurean wealth creation under Chiron demands a radical repatriation of your personal value. You must stop trading your vital life force for under-market validation. Instead you need to catalog your tangible assets. These are your skills, your craft, your time, and your physical endurance. Treating them as non-negotiable capital that belongs entirely to you is the first step.

The Somatic Deepening: Anchoring into Bodywork

With this shift, there is a heightened awareness placed on our physical vessel, sensory experience, and organic density. There is a clear demand to slow down and favor stamina, endurance, and long-term durability. This completely changes the tempo of our lives.

We cannot think our way through a Taurus transit; we have to inhabit it in our skin. Here we can connect deeper with physical space, in our bodies and in nature. We begin resetting our nervous systems by grounding into the earth. This is an invitation to strip away the digital noise and commit to more in-person tactile experiences.

Physical nourishment can come to us through deliberate bodywork, somatic tracking, or simply letting our nervous systems slow down enough to register the earth beneath our feet. It requires patience and a willingness to sit with the physical sensations of comfort and discomfort alike, trusting that true healing happens at the pace of tissue, bone, and breath.

An Equal Energy Exchange: The Language of Reciprocity

Chiron in Taurus breeds a strong desire for permanence, loyalty, and unwavering foundations, nurturing a sense of security. It demands true reciprocity in every single exchange, recognizing a need to anchor into the Ritual of an equal give-and-take.

Beyond our relationship with labor and resources, this transit forces an honest reckoning with how we show up in partnership. Now we can no longer tolerate lopsided connections, emotional deadweight, or relationships built on silent martyrdom and unspoken resentments.

We have to look closely at where we may have over-invested in people or situations that have treated our energy as a bottomless resource. Here we can gather the strength to finally and absolutely require mutual devotion, reliability, and emotional safety. This is a non-negotiable baseline for any relationship that gets to occupy our space.

Commitment to the Earth: Chiron in Taurus and Sustainability

Taurus forces us to examine our direct relationship to the land, our food systems, and the natural terrain that sustains us. We can no longer afford a detached, exploitative relationship with our environment. A serious acknowledgement of the need for increased sustainability will lead us forward. This transit seeks to address the deep social wounds of resource misuse and ecological anxiety.

This is a call to return to local stewardship, regenerative practices, and a sacred responsibility for the soil beneath our feet. We need to recognize that the health of the earth and the security of our own physical vessels are intrinsically tied.

Your Next Steps with Chiron in Taurus: Mastery of The Hierophant

Chiron in Taurus is an invitation to stop surviving at the edge of your own life and start inhabiting the center of it. By auditing your energetic investments, honoring the true value of your labor, requiring genuine reciprocity, and grounding back into the living earth, you can transform your deepest vulnerabilities into unbreakable foundations.

Unmask the hidden energetic debts blocking your material expansion, and let this transit anchor you into a reality where you are safe, sovereign, and entirely at home in your own skin.

To truly anchor the steady, sovereign lessons of this transit into your physical reality, you don’t have to navigate alone. Working with ritual tools like V. The Hierophant Candle series — crafted under an exalted Luna and Domicile Venus in Taurus — provides an unshakeable anchor for reclaiming your personal authority, protecting your energetic heart-space, and deepening into somatic bodywork.

May 2023 Astrology: Taurus Season

May 2023 Astrology

May 2023 Astrology Overview

May 2023 astrology gives us our second eclipse of the season, a revelatory lunar eclipse in Scorpio. This is followed by a fresh New Moon in Taurus that’s tied into the current Mercury Retrograde. Jupiter enters Taurus as well for the next year, driving new growth to this area of our charts. This month we’ll also see Venus seeking comfort in empathetic Cancer while Mars drives us to venture forward in bold, daring Leo.

Although Mercury Retrograde officially ends in the middle of the month, the shadow period extends through the end of May. This means that themes covered during the retrograde will still be subject to review all month long.

The midway point in Mercury’s retrograde cycle comes on May 1, along with Pluto stationing. This is a powerful combination that starts us off on a new chapter with our communications and inner processing. We’ll be more focused on relationships and meeting others eye-to-eye.

With last month’s Solar Eclipse, we walked through a fiery gateway or rite of passage, and there are now many important changes pending in our lives, especially as concerns the Aries, Taurus, and Scorpio parts of our charts.

Mercury Cazimi in Taurus (May 1)

Mercury’s inferior conjunction with the Sun is at 11° 20′ of Taurus. Our new cycle begins in the symbiotic middle decan of Taurus. This is the 6 of Pentacles in the Tarot, Lord of Success, which has to do with reciprocity – giving and taking in equal measure. Ruled by the Moon, there’s a rhythm and synergy at work here, one that makes for fertile ground when the energy’s in its proper flow.

This cycle builds up to Mercury’s maximum brilliance on June 30 in the 1st decan of Cancer. This is the 2 of Cups energy in Tarot, the Lord of Love. Ruled by Venus, it represents the trust and intimacy between two people who are deeply bonded to each other, such as the bond between mother and child.

During this Mercury Retrograde, we’re starting a new chapter that focuses on relationships, intimacy, and the equal exchange of energy.

Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius: Starting from Scratch – December 2021

Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius

Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius

The New Moon in Sagittarius on December 3-4 is a Total Solar Eclipse! This powerful Eclipse falls on the side of the South Node, a karmic release point associated with the past. So get ready to PURGE. Things empty out at the South Node. But for some this emptying out is a source of power. What new form will you take when you give yourself that fresh start? A new year is coming, in more ways than one (I’m looking at you, Jupiter in Pisces)!

With Sagittarius, you have to trust your gut and take a leap of faith knowing that you’ll catch the wind. But this new beginning comes as a result of clearing the way for something. Chances are you’ve already felt it, as we’re nearing the end to this story (this whole lunar cycle being the final chapter). Sometimes we have to get to the bottom before we can find our way back up to the top.

The Sun and Moon are in the middle section of Sagittarius. Zeus, the glowing king of the gods, commands Sagittarius overall. During this lunar cycle, Jupiter splashes into Pisces – a major upgrade for him, as it’s his other abode (cue the Angel choir). We saw a glimpse of this magical energy when Jupiter was in Pisces for a short stint this Summer (exact dates being May 13 – July 28).

Ever the optimist, Zeus is happy to lift us up and to see us through a tough time, even as we nurse our battle wounds. It isn’t easy emptying out before you can fill back up. Shed your skin willingly, though, and you can decide what happens next.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus: 7 of Disks (November 2021)

Lunar Eclipse in Taurus

November 19, 2021 is the day of the Full Moon, a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus! This is our first Eclipse of the season. It’s also the very first Eclipse to grace us from the Scorpio-Taurus axis, a set of Eclipses that takes us from this moment into 2023. This Full Moon is the culmination of the New Moon in Scorpio that fell on Thursday, November 4.

Turbulent Uranus still has his hands in the cookie jar, and will continue to be an important player throughout this Moon cycle. He’s sitting opposite hot-headed Mars on Wednesday the 17th, putting tension on our need for independence, freedom, and change that can lead to hasty decision making or other bold moves.

Uranus is also in a more harmonious relationship to Venus, which helps during the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, because Venus is the ruler of that sign and is overseeing Uranus’ actions. Venus has also just entered the shadow zone of her upcoming retrograde in Capricorn (the shadow starts on November 17).

Mercury rules this chart (set for Portland, OR) and is opposite the Moon during her Eclipse. Mercury in Scorpio opposite the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus can pit our emotions against our logical mind or at least separate the two. Even if we know something logically, emotionally it may be a completely different matter. Now we’re looking at the third decan of Scorpio, which is about passion, hunger, and death.

This is the longest duration of an Eclipse since 1440 and until 2669. The Eclipse is 6 hours long.

New Moon in Scorpio Lunar Cycle (November 2021)

New Moon in Scorpio

New Moon in Scorpio 2021

The New Moon in Scorpio is on November 4, 2021. This Lunation is the beginning of Eclipse season, with our first Eclipse on the Scorpio/Taurus axis falling on November 19. The New Moon in Scorpio is directly opposite unconventional Uranus. Follow that up with a partial Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, and November 2021 Astrology is fairly electric. It will spotlight the ongoing Uranus in Taurus stories unfolding in each of our lives.

The cycle begins in the middle decan of Scorpio, with magnanimous Sun and Jupiter ruling this portion of the sign. The 6 of Cups is the soft underbelly of Scorpio, playful and nostalgic, recalling our inner child. With the middle decan of Taurus opposite (the 6 of Pentacles), there is a reminder of the importance of reciprocity. There has to be a give and take, and equal energy exchange in all that we do.

Venus is in the final degree of Sagittarius during the New Moon, changing signs on the following day. Within this lunar cycle, she will begin her shadow period preceding Venus Retrograde in Capricorn. This period is a precursor to Venus Retrograde. It’s made all the more important by Venus’ rulership over the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus later in the month.

November 2021 Astrology: Scorpio Season

November 2021 Astrology

November 2021 Astrology

November 2021 Astrology features the beginning of Eclipse season, with a New Moon in Scorpio and a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus.

Mercury clears the shadow of last month’s retrograde just ahead of the New Moon early in the month. The swift-footed one is finally moving on from the prolonged conversation and balancing act he’s been at in Libra. On the 5th of the month, he plunges headlong into the cold waters of Scorpio just on the heels of the Sun and the Moon.

Now we are once again entering new territory. We know it when Mercury and Venus change signs – from active modalities to passive-receptive modalities – on the same day.

Venus leaves fiery Sagittarius in favor of the more reserved and cautious terrain of Capricorn also on the 5th. Here she prepares for next month’s Venus Retrograde in Capricorn, a period of review and reconfiguring of relationships, finances, values and valuables. The shadow period for her Retrograde cycle begins on November 17th.

The second half of November 2021 Astrology sees Mercury moving swiftly on to wax philosophical in Sagittarius. The Sun will of course lead the way just ahead of Mercury, beginning Sagittarius season on November 21 this year.
