Domestic (US) Orders
USPS Priority Mail shipping (1-3 business days) is available for domestic orders.
You can view the shipping costs from your shopping cart by inputting your zip code. The shipping cost will be updated as you add or remove items from your cart.
International shipping is available via USPS to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia. To date, I have filled one order to Australia, but the other shipping methods have not been officially tested. If there is a huge discrepancy between the actual shipping costs versus the amount charged at checkout, I will reach out to you to see if you would like to help fill the gap or cancel your order at no charge.
If you would like to order to a country not listed, please reach out to me and I will try to set that up.
Promotions that include free shipping do not apply to International orders at this time.
Orders are filled within 24 hours or being placed, then shipped at the earliest opportunity. There may be a delay of 1-2 days in shipping if it’s a weekend/holiday.
Some local deliveries may happen within an hour or two. You’ll receive emails for the estimated time of arrival and a final notice of delivery. Local orders placed after 3pm will go out the following day.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for store credit.
In most cases, when you make a return you’ll need to pay the shipping cost. Exceptions to this can be made if there is something wrong with your order. For orders that were locally delivered, free pickup is available.
Candles must be unburned, except if there is something wrong with the wick or if the candle isn’t burning correctly.
Make a Return:
Repackage the item (in the original packaging if possible).
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and the reason for your return within 60 days of purchase. You’ll receive a reply with further instructions (where to ship your return or how to arrange a free local pickup). At this time, if you mail your return, you will need to cover the shipping costs. You can use the shipping method and carrier of your choice.
Once your return has been received, store credit in the amount of your purchase will be made available to you in the form of a digital coupon.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please contact me as soon as possible to cancel an order. Email me at email@example.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, a full refund will be issued. If your order has already shipped, then you will need to send the item back in order to receive a refund. Follow the procedure for making a return. Once the items have been received, your refund will be issued.
